产品描述：	Runt-related transcription factor 3 (RUNX3 or CBF-alpha-3) is a transcription factor that binds to the consensus sequence 5'-PYGPYGGT-3' of a number of enhancers and promoters, including murine leukemia virus, polyomavirus enhancer, T-cell receptor enhancers, lck, IL-3 and GM-CSF promoters. RUNX3 is involved in the control of cellular proliferation and differentiation. RUNX3 is a heterodimer of the DNA-binding alpha subunit and enhancing beta subunit.
