产品描述：	p47-phox (NCF1) interacts with NCF2 and cytochrome b558 for activation of NADPH oxidase, which is required for superoxide production. Defects in p47-phox are linked to chronic granulomatous disease, a genetic disorder characterized by the inability of neutrophils and phagocytes to kill microbes they have ingested. Patients can suffer from life-threatening bacterial or fungal infections.
