产品描述：	Glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK3b) participates in the Wnt signaling pathway. GSK3b is implicated in the hormonal control of several regulatory proteins including glycogen synthase, MYB and the transcription factor Jun. GSK3b phosphorylates Jun at sites proximal to its DNA-binding domain, thereby reducing its affinity for DNA. Ser9 phosphorylation underlies the inhibition of GSK3b by insulin. This antibody is specific for the 46-kDa GSK-3b protein phosphorylated at Ser9, however a band at 51-kDa can also be detected due to high homology with GSK-3 alpha.
