产品描述：	CD8 T cell surface antigen is either a homodimer of alpha chains or a heterodimer of alpha and beta chains. CD8 is a type I membrane co-receptor molecule binding to MHC class I. CD8 antigen is expressed on human cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells, human NK cell subset, and a cortical thymocyte subset. Through identifying cytotoxic/suppressor T-cells that interact with MHC class I bearing targets, CD8 is thought to play a role in the process of T-cell mediated killing. CD8 is associated with the internal membrane tyrosine-protein kinase p56lck.
